Happy Memorial Day!

Andrew and I had a wonderful FOUR day weekend this past weekend! We both decided to take Friday off and really enjoy our time off! We went to a small lake near Normangee, TX called Camp Creek! Andrew's parents have a very relaxing home on the lake and we took full advantage! We got to relax and enjoy the weekend with Andrew's parents and sister!

This was the first time we really got to introduce Charlie to the water. Before this weekend, he has been a city boy that has only been able to play in the sprinkler outside! He LOVES water!

Charlie is only 5 months old is already pretty big in size! Andrew's parents also have a labradoodle that is a couple of years old...Libby. She is a horse! She weighs about 90lbs and is really tall...Charlie quickly became her shadow the whole weekend!

Of course, with all of Charlie's attention focused on Libby...our other pup, Allie, got some much needed time off!

Both dogs slept the entire day yesterday!

Sisters!

I wasn't planning on writing a new blog again until after the weekend but I now feel the need to. Yesterday, I posted on my Facebook page that I had just started my blog and wanted people to check it out. I had several people comment, one including my sister. She wanted to know where the pictures of her were. So, Tamara, I dedicate this blog to you!

Tamara and I are about four years apart but have been very close all our lives. She is my support when I need her for anything and I am the same for her. She is loud, crazy, and sometimes a bit dramatic. At the same time, she pours her heart and soul into her family. Everyday she works hard to make her two daughters have the best life possible.

Which brings me to my next point. She has given me the two CUTEST neices' ever! Meet Audrey and Paisley...

Audrey just turned 4 in Feburary and Paisley will be 1 in July! Audrey is so full of life and loves her Uncle Andy! Audrey is also loud, crazy, and sometimes a bit dramatic...hmm I wonder where she gets it??

Paisley is following right in Audrey's foot steps. She loves her big sister! 

Tamara and Brent have created a beautiful and loving family and I am so blessed to be her sister.

I once heard Tamara tell Audrey to love her little sister because one day she was going to need her just like mommy (Tamara) needs Aunt Miranda sometimes. I cannot tell you how much that means to me. We get advice from each other on everything...shoes, parents, kids, and of course husbands...

So I have decided to join all the others and start a blog of mine and Andrew's life! I am going to try to catch everyone up to speed of what we have been up to lately. I know the page looks a little plain but I have a lot to learn before I can make it look the way I want it to!

First, after SEVEN months I finally have my wedding CD pictures in hand!! Here are a couple of my favorites!
